Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
Products must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Products that have been opened or used.
Items purchased on sale or through special promotions.
Gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
